TESK/WES

As members of ELIXIR we support TESK/WES deployment, developement and infrastructure.

TESK

TESK is an implementation of a task execution engine based on the TES API. WES is a complementary microservice which enables clients/users to execute CWL workflows via a TES-compatible execution backend (e.g., TESK or Funnel).
